We service the greater Woodstock, Quechee, Hartford and White River Junction areas now, but we started in MA in 2014 with an aim to provide a higher class of dog care (hence our doggie butler logo). I purposely used my own name for the company's name, instead of a cute catchy phrase. This is because I personally back the high quality, butler-like quality of our services.
I also brought the long-time customer service excellence I learned while working at world class firms like Marriott Hotels, where I earned the Marriott Corporate Service Award.
Well, it worked! We grew to over 1,000 clients, 16 employees and a brick-and-mortar location. Now we're bringing this successful model to Vermont.
